The property is set in the small village of La Fustera which is located halfway between Calpe and Moraira. Calpe is a family orientated town with an abundance of facilities, bars and restaurants. Moraira is a very small town which originated as fishing village

La Fustera Features a supermarket, banks, various restaurants including Spanish, English, Chinese and Indian cuisine. La Fustera beach is five minutes walk from Villa Margarita and is a certified blue flag beach. It has toilet facilities, beach cafe, picnic area and cliff paths towards Calpe

Calpe (or Calp in Catalan) is a coastal town, which is a five minute drive from the Villa or a thirty minute walk. Lying at the foot of the Natural Park of Peñón de Ifach, (Ifach Rock). The economy of Calpe is mainly based on tourism and fishing. Many Iberian, Roman and Arab archaeological sites exist in the city, due to its strategic coastal location. Some of the most important monuments of Calpe are its Gothic Catholic church and the tower of La Peça, dating from the 18th century.

By Car and Ferry

It's very easy driving across Spain as the motorways are much quieter than those in Britain. You simply follow the Blue Motorway signs, firstly heading toward VALENCIA then CALPE.
